Greetings! My name is Joel Dyer. I am a 4th generation to the Kay County area.
I grew up in sales as my family opened their first business in 1894 right here in Kay County.
I was born and raised in Blackwell, Oklahoma, as well as raising my family here. I am a member of the First Christian Church, Blackwell. I have to wonderful sons, and 4 fabulous grandchildren.
My hobbies include Blue Grass Music. I have been picking and grinning for over 20 years. Another hobby that I enjoy is golfing. Being raised on the golf course, I take every chance I get to hit the greens. A great accomplishment in golfing was winning the Vince Gill Celebrity Golf Tournament, where I had the honor of playing with Gary Busey.
I have extensive knowledge of the Real Estate history of Blackwell, Kay County Area. My experience in sales and advertisement gives me the edge on knowing what needs to be accomplished in selling or buying of real estate for my clients.
I have been licensed for two years and will work hard for my clients, using my knowledge of the area and my business skills to help them achieve thier real estate dreams.
Born and raised in this area on a farm. I enjoy the farm and county life, that's why I enjoy helping other peoples farming or country dreams come true. Putting my knowledge of years of real estate experience to help someone have the dream of property ownership, tailored to them exclusively is my primary objective.
Greeting from North Central Oklahoma and United Country Shaw Real Estate where I hold the postition of Office/Marketing Manager, for my second time!
I am the proud mother of 3 outstanding children whom I love and am very proud of and their accomplishments. They have blessed me with 5 amazing grandchildren who make my life full of love and laughter!
In addition to being Office/Marketing Manager for United Country Shaw Real Estate, I also manage the Pioneer Woman Inn here in Ponca City.
I grew up on a farm in Northwestern Oklahoma near Alva. I was active in 4-H and FFA along with many other school activities. I moved to the Ponca City area in 1985 and continued to live on a farm and raised my children there. Farm life is great and my knowledge of farm living and working makes it easy to strike up conversations with others in hopes of getting my agents that I work for a potential lead.
I strive on Customer Service and enjoy working in our Real Estate Office and assisting in taking care of our customers, meeting new people, and making their Real Estate Experience enjoyable.
